Refunds/Returns:

We provide piano tutorial through digital download that can be enjoyed continuously. However, due to the nature of our products we unfortunately can not accept or provide returns/refunds.

In some cases, we provide the following option... (see "Exchange" below)

 

Exchanges:

If you have received a product that is defective, improperly labeled, or missing please contact us @ info@playbyhear.com, within 30 days of purchase, to report the error.  We will gladly send you a corrected product within 3-5 business days.

Defective product - will not download/error, incomplete lesson

Improperly labeled product (custom orders) - incorrect song, incorrect key, form needed

Missing product - no downloadable link
